Oceanfront beach villa for 1-10 guests. Master bedroom with kingsize bed, 2 bedrooms with queensize beds, 1 bedroom with 4 singles, 1 single bed. 4 baths with mosaic-tiled showers. Pool, outside shower. Live-out cook/housekeeper/caretakers.

Low Season:

$400 damage deposit (refundable)
10% minimum tip and 15% tax
Additional charges are added to Christmas,
New Years, Feb 19, March 25, and April 15

Payment Terms/Cancellation Policy

All reservations are payable by bank check, certified check, or wire transfer. Rates are subject to change without notice.

A deposit of 50% of the rental rate (plus 15% tax) is due within 7 days of the booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. In the event a cancellation is necessary, the following charges apply. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Notice must be received in our office no later than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund, less a service charge of $300.00; within 60 days. If the property can be re-rented for the same period, full refund less a 20% service charge of the total rental amount.

Prime Time Rentals: (Dec 15-April 14) No refunds will be honored unless the property can be re-rented for the same period, less a 20% service charge of the total rental amount.

Please note: Cancellation and reservation policies are strictly enforced.

Transportation
International flights to Montego Bay/Sangster International Airport are available.

Arrangements can be made for a private driver to pick you up at the airport and assist in making arrangements for day trips. You can also hire a taxi to take you to the Buccaneer Villa and return you to the airport at the end of your stay.

If you rent a car, rentals are paid in U.S. currency. Rentals may be picked up at the Montego Bay Airport/Sangster International Airport. After a fascinating drive from the airport, dinner awaits you at the villa.
