Friends of the PMBL return for 10th Annual Treasure Beach Basketball Camp – #OneTeamOneDream
Since 2012, Friends of the PMBL have conducted Basketball camps for youth in the Treasure Beach Community at the BREDS Sport Park. In 2023, the week long camp had 1,300 campers and 75 coaches. This year’s camp will run Wednesday, August 14th to Friday, August 16th.
Just 6 weeks on from Hurricane Beryl on July 3rd, Friends of the PMBL have arrived in Treasure Beach with a two-fold purpose: Assist in the recovery efforts at the Sports Park and conduct the 10th Annual camp as planned, albeit in a condensed version given the circumstances.
Friends of the PMBL share a common mission with the BREDS Sports Park in that Sports can change lives and thus change the world.
