Privacy Policy
TreasureBeach.com collects only the personal information you give us through forms, such as your name, email and phone number when you submit an event or send an inquiry, plus basic technical data needed to run the site. We use it to respond to you and to publish events you ask us to publish. We do not and will not sell it.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an event, classified or inquiry, we collect the details you type: name, email address, phone number and the message. Event images you email us are stored with the submission.
Technical information. We count visits with cookie-free, anonymous analytics. No cookies are set, and nothing that identifies you is recorded.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person and not an automated program. When a form is on screen, Turnstile collects technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, and sends it to Cloudflare, Inc. to make that check. We receive only a pass or fail result. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy terms.
Analytics. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, our hosting provider's measurement service. It records, for each page view, the page address (with any query string removed), the page you came from, your approximate location (country and region), your device type, operating system and browser, and the time. It does not use cookies and does not record your name, email address or IP address. To tell visits apart for the day, Vercel makes a short-lived code from technical details of the request, and discards it after 24 hours. We use the totals to see which pages are read, and never to identify you. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Vercel's data processing terms apply.
International transfers
Our providers store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on their standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). Jamaican residents have rights under the Data Protection Act, 2020. To exercise any right, contact us using the details above.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
