Treasure Beach FC Aims to Bolster Unbeaten Streak Against Mount Pleasant Academy Juniors

Treasure Beach FC will be back on home turf this Saturday, March 1st, as they take on Mount Pleasant Academy Juniors FC in a crucial Zone B clash at BREDS Sports Park. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.

The “Crocs” remain unbeaten in the 2025 Jamaica Football Championships, boasting a record of two wins and three draws. They currently sit third in the Zone B standings, trailing leaders Falmouth United and Reno FC. Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant Academy Juniors FC have had a mixed start, with two wins and three losses.

Treasure Beach is coming off a commanding 2-0 away victory over Duncans United FC, a result that Head Coach and Technical Director Kemar Ricketts believes was a statement performance.

“It was a well-needed win away from home. I really love how the boys approached the game with that winning mindset—not taking anything away from the Duncans team, as they are a good unit, but on the day, we created more chances and controlled the game well,” Ricketts said.

Looking ahead to Saturday’s match, Ricketts emphasized the importance of protecting home turf and rallying community support.

“Whenever we play at home, the mindset is always to win—especially for our fans. It’s our office, and we must be strong there. We need the entire community to rally around the team as we take it step by step to return to the Premier League,” he added.

With home advantage and a passionate crowd behind them, Treasure Beach FC will be aiming to secure all three points and continue their push up the table. Fans are encouraged to come out in full force, with admission set at $500 for adults, while children get in free.
