About
Ronda Benett, a Montessori preschool teacher by profession, is a mosaic tile artist living in Treasure Beach. She developed her own shaped tiles, making letters, numbers and designs with no bounds. You can see her work around town on numerous villa signs and on the Jakes property.
Originally from the USA, she has made Treasure Beach her home for 35 years. After Hurricane Beryl she started the "Art for the Heart" program, an art workshop with Treasure Beach children.
Her passion for creativity has inspired a new art form: decoupage on shells, transforming each piece into a unique piece of art.
