Made in Jamaica, many in Treasure Beach

Callaloo began as a fashion boutique and has grown into a showcase for the creative community around it. It mixes European design with Jamaican craftsmanship, and what it sells is made in Jamaica, much of it in Treasure Beach.

That makes it more than a souvenir stop. A visitor who wants to meet the artistic side of Treasure Beach can start here: buy something made nearby, then follow it back to the person who made it.

It is the kind of business community tourism is about. Money spent here stays with small, independent makers and with a shop that gives their work a place to be seen.

  • Handmade clothing Resort wear, caftans, maxi dresses, rompers, palazzo sets, shirts, skirts and shorts, and children's and baby clothing, in bold, unique local and Ankara prints.
  • Accessories and jewellery Bespoke upcycled straw cross-body bags, raffia bags and tote bags, and handcrafted brass, bead and leather-tassel jewellery.
  • Home décor and furnishings Cedar wood round shelves, accent pillows and Ankara print cushions, side tables and stools, ceramic pieces, lampshades, and imported Moroccan baskets and carpets.
  • Gifts, art and souvenirs Original art canvases, handcrafted stuffed toys and ceramic mugs.
